Servings: 2
Ingredients
- oil for frying
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 onion peeled and sliced
- 1 steak sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper any colour, sliced
- 1 handful mushrooms sliced
- splash of water
- 1 sachet Fused Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick wok or frying pan over a medium to high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger. Fry for 1 minute to let all that lovely flavour infuse into the oil.
- Add the sliced onion, followed by the beef strips. Stir fry until the beef is sealed on both sides.
- Toss in the pepper and mushrooms with a splash of water. Mix well and cook for another minute or so, until the veg starts to soften but still has a little bite.
- Pour in the Fused Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce and stir everything together until glossy, saucy and full of flavour.
- Cook for a few more minutes, then serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
Tip: Slice the beef nice and thin so it cooks quickly and stays tender. You can swap in whatever veg you have in the fridge too - broccoli, baby corn or green beans all work beautifully.
