Why Is Fused by Fiona in London This September?

Raye the Store is all about discovery. Its temporary showcases bring together emerging brands across food, drink, wellness, beauty and more.

Naturally, that makes it a lovely fit for Fused. We’re all about helping people discover new flavours without making dinner complicated.

So, whether Katsu is already your Friday-night favourite or Chow Mein is calling your name, you can pick up a pouch and turn it into dinner at home.

Easy Asian-Inspired Dinners with the London Line-Up

Wondering what to make with your new Fused find? Start with one of these easy ideas.

Fused by Fiona London Favourite: Chicken Katsu Curry

Start with crispy chicken, fluffy rice and crunchy veg. Then add warming Katsu Curry Sauce for a simple fakeaway-style dinner.

Sticky Teriyaki Salmon

Teriyaki and salmon are a very good match. Simply glaze the salmon, cook until sticky and serve with rice and your favourite greens.

Quick Sweet Chilli Stir Fry

For an easy midweek dinner, stir fry chicken, prawns or tofu with colourful veg. Next, add Sweet Chilli Sauce and serve with noodles or rice.

Homemade Chow Mein

Toss noodles with chicken, mushrooms, cabbage and Fused Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce. As a result, you get a glossy, savoury noodle dinner with very little effort.

From Ireland to London

Fused started with Fiona Uyema’s love of Asian food and her time living in Japan. After learning to cook with local people, she returned to Ireland wanting to make those flavours easier to enjoy at home.

That idea grew into Fused: Asian-inspired sauces and ingredients made for real kitchens, busy evenings and people who want big flavour without a long shopping list.

Now, bringing four Fused favourites to Kensington gives even more people a chance to discover what the brand is all about.
